The Driver Guide is responsible for the transportation of customers and crew in a safe and timely manner. Duties include a certain level of maintenance and cleaning. Commitment to safety and a clean driving record are required. All drivers are required to have a DOT physical and medical card prior to driving. People skills are a must as drivers are required to provide narration. Training provided for qualified applicants.

Summary:

  • Ensures guests are greeted with warm welcome and provide excellent customer service
  • Performs pre-departure safety speech and ensures all guests properly informed about the safety procedures onboard
  • Always follows traffic rules and follows safety procedures while driving
  • Provides guided narration to passengers with the highlights of local area and history
  • Provides guest the waiver form, collects and hand out the filled forms to guides on arrival to tour site
  • Helps performing daily and weekly vehicle maintenance and repairs/fix small malfunctions
  • Cleans the vehicle(s) daily inside and outside
  • Flexible schedule required
