Reservation Agent

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Reservation Agent to assist guests with booking reservations for accommodations here at Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries.
2. Assist guests in making, changing, or canceling reservations.
3. Provide information on availability, pricing, and other related details.
4. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
5. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient reservation processes.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
6. Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
