                             Home Energy Medics is searching for a Green Construction, Assistant Project Manager

THE ROLE:

At Home Energy Medics the Assistant Project Manager provides support to the Project Manager. 

He/she will work closely with the PM to service clients on planning, schedules, and assists in coordinating retrofit projects as outlined through a full home energy audit.


THE DETAILS:

  • Scheduling of jobs and updates
  • Finding and vetting new subs
  • Assist the PM with Change orders
  • Job visits
  • Progress updates to clients
  • Updates to Client CRM (JobNimbus)
  • Material ordering
  • Subcontractor work-scopes
  • Final performance testing /Quality Assurance
  • Program Assistant or Entry as needed


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of residential home construction
  • Ability to quickly gain understanding of the "green" aspect of the business
  • Strong customer relations
  • Skilled organization & time management
  • Excellent written & oral communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) 
  • Ability to learn building science principles and apply them
