Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use scanning technology to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders
• Sort, label, and store items according to predetermined storage methods and procedures
• Operate stock management tools; Ex. forklift, pallet jack, rolling carts
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliation efforts
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse that is free of safety hazards
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or seminal environment preferred
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
