As the Custom Shop Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead our strategic business-to-business sales efforts. You will use your strong background in B2B sales, leadership and negotiation skills to develop and grow company-wide sales programs with strategic B2B partners. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, growing the team to manage and add sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key clients.

What You’ll Be Doing Everyday…

  • Sales & Customer Retention Management:

    • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of third-party inside sales representatives; review sales calls, QA reports, etc.

    • Monitor inbound quotes, support with proofs and other requested information.

    • Identify new sales opportunities to share with the B2B sales team.

    • Utilize CRM and other software to drive inside sales activities.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on order production with the operations team - documenting and communicating any unique customer requirements.


  • Marketing Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, ads, SMS, publications etc.).

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

    • Collaborate with outbound B2B sales team to support trade shows and other events.

  • Digital Sales Operational Improvement:

    • Ensure that the e-commerce processes of the Custom Shop are functioning well and maximizing business opportunities.

    • Regular review and improvement of on-site merchandising, shopping, cart/quote building, checkout, proof approval/feedback, etc.

    • Refinement and improvement of processes and ensuring email communications around orders.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Train and partner with the third-party sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.

    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team’s success.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.

    • Utilize dashboards and other reports to track sales and marketing performance.

    • Analyze data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make informed decisions.

  • Additional duties as needed.

What You’ll Need…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
