This position will work with Nissan of Fort Myers, Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Venice, Hyundai of Venice, and Genesis Fort Myers

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to provide technical assistance and support to our internal team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems
  • Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services
  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and security patches
  • Train end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in an IT support role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
