Hurricane Tool & Supply is looking for a Warehouse helper to join our team

Warehouse helper at Hurricane Tool & Supply is responsible for moving, shipping, storing or unloading various materials either by hand or with the use of a forklift to unload very heavy items.

Warehouse Worker duties and responsibilities

· Load and unload materials

· Fill warehouse orders

· Take inventory of materials shipped or received

· Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods

· Store, count, weigh, and open materials received

· Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard

· Label boxes to identify materials

· Operate mechanical lift, winch, or vehicles


Warehouse Worker skills and qualifications

· Excellent organizational skills

· Knowledge of technology and machinery used for transporting or storing materials

· Understanding of inventory

· Ability to use computer technology to receive items in our system, track inventory, and keep a record of storage

· Ability to work well with others


Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • An hour lunch break
