This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. ONE YEAR OF FILM INSTALL REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install window tinting on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring high-quality application.
- Apply paint protection film (clear bra) to vehicle exteriors, including hoods, bumpers, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Measure and cut tint and film to fit specific vehicle dimensions accurately.
- Install a variety of automotive accessories, such as floor mats, roof racks, custom lighting, and electronic upgrades.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Perform inspections of vehicles before and after installations to ensure there are no damages and the installation is flawless.
- Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new tint, clear bra, and accessories.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and techniques.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in window tinting and paint protection film installation is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tint and clear bra installation.
- Experience with automotive accessory installation is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and cutting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in an automotive service environment.
- Requires standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to work with various installation materials and tools.
