Bartender

Job Description:

Perky Beans Coffee & PB Cafe is excited to introduce The Boozy Barista, our new bar concept opening soon We are looking to hire a weekend Bartender to join our team. The Bartender at The Boozy Barista will focus solely on mixing drinks and providing exceptional service to our guests. This position is currently for weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with possible Friday shifts in the future. The hours will be between 9 AM and 4 PM, serving brunch/lunch hours initially with potential for expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and safety.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Qualifications:

• 21+ years of age.
• Previous bartending experience required (6+ months).
• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certification required.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Part-time position, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with possible Friday shifts in the future.
• Hours between 9 AM and 4 PM.
