The Talon Tribe is hiring an experienced Racquets Court Attendant


This is the perfect position if you are looking to enjoy the early morning outdoors April through October in an upscale, beautiful setting.


Position: Racquets Court Attendant

Classification: Seasonal, non-exempt

Schedule: 4:30AM-8:00AM daily, with seasonal needs potentially requiring additional hours

Salary range: $20 per hour

Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a self-starter and independent worker, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have clay court experience to provide general maintenance to 5 Har-Tru courts to include grooming, raking, brushing and rolling the courts.
  • Have knowledge of the “Rainbird” underground watering system (preferred).
  • Be able to provide maintenance to 4 hard surface Pickleball courts and perform general light grounds keeping to ensure the facility maintains exceptional appearance.
