Jackson, MI XXXXX-1XXX

Duration: XX weeks/X months (On-site)

Shifts: Days or Nights, Xa-7p / Xp-7a, XX hours/week, E/o weekend if required

Days- Pay Rate: XXXX-5X/hour on WX + benefits

Nights- Pay Rate: XXXX-5X/hour on WX + benefits

Requirement, Certification, Registration & Licensure:

  • RN - State of MI/Multistate
  • BLS/BCLS (preferred from AHA)
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Two (2) professional references
  • Minimum two (2) year of relevant experience
  • Required to float to another unit
  • Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
  • Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
  • Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
  • Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
  • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel

Education:

1. BSN preferred.

2. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

3. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.

4. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

5. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
