Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and clarify requirements, business processes, and objectives.
  • Evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support proposed solutions and projects.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed.
  • Work closely with technical teams (developers, QA engineers, architects) to ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance of deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a focus on analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, use case development, and requirements management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
