Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Armed Security Guard to join our team. This position involves securing the premises of a housing community and maintaining a professional relationship with the client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, monitoring access, and responding to any security-related incidents.
 

Qualifications:
  • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work independently and follow established protocols.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Compensation:
  • Weekly Pay (every Wednesday)
