Topsarge Business Solutions, a defense contractor, is seeking five ARNG veterans (AGR or TPU), former active duty, current TPU soldiers, or military retires of any COMPO with recent and relevant recruiting or retention experience to serve alongside the Operational Staff of the Ohio National Guard on site in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates will support and assist the RRBn in administrative management of new enlistments and recruits into the OHARNG for a three-year fixed price contract.

We are seeking only former military and TPU candidates that are recruiting and/or retention, or battalion recruiting operations, qualified for one of the following positions:

ARNG Recruiting Data Support: Analyze and develop statistical and marketing data/reports for the Ohio Army National Guard and its leadership. Assist in preparing presentations for the Recruiting Command and the Ohio Army National Guard leadership addressing demographics, diversity, affirmative action, marketing, Recruiting and retention issues. Additional similar responsibilities in this field.

ARNG Recruiting Waiver Support Services: Receive, review, validate and process United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) Form 727-E Processing List (PL). Maintain historical files. 5.2.1.2 Upon request, receive, review, validate, and distribute electronic enlistment packets to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) via the Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS). Additional similar responsibilities in this field.

ARNG Retention Manager support: Develop, implement, and monitor the state Retention plan based on intent of the state leadership and Recruiting and Retention Battalion Commander. Provide data analysis to Recruiting and Retention leadership for preparation of Recruiting and Retention Counselors annual retention plan. Additional similar responsibilities in this field.

ARNG School and Resource support: Schedule through the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) and track military schools for the Recruiting Command to ensure high level of Duty Military Occupational Specialty Qualification (DMOSQ), Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) qualification and Officer Education System (OES) qualification and professional development training. Additional similar responsibilities in this field.

ARNG Specialty branch Support: Receive, review and prepare all education documents through the Army National Guard Incentives Management System (GIMS). 5.5.7. Research current and former military members using all available personnel systems, to include: IPPS-A and interactive Personnel Management System (IPERMS). Additional similar responsibilities in this field.

Work location will be the Ohio National Guard Joint Force Headquarters, 2825 W. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235.
