Our ideal candidate is comfortable working around children and their parents, has a great cheerful attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Benefits

Responsibilities

·       Running children’s parties with enthusiasm and positive attitude

·       Check-in kids and parents for open play

·       Facilitate activities such as arts/crafts, games, story time

·       Dress up in costumes or theme-specific clothing

·       Assist with operation of café

·       Support party preparation by decorating, arranging party room,

·       Maintaining facility cleanliness standards

Qualifications

·       Comfortable working around children

·       Excellent verbal communication skills

·       Texas Food Handler Certificate by first week of employment

·       Ability to work without supervision

·       Must be able to comfortably navigate through children's soft-play structure, which includes climbing, crawling, and low ceilings

·       Must be able to properly lift and carry 50lbs

·       Reliable transportation to work

·       Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not necessary

Conduct

·       Ensures attendance in accordance with the work schedule

·       Acts in line with Health, Safety & Fire procedures and best practices

·       Adheres to the applicable company policies and procedures

·       Adheres & follows Standard Operation Procedure as set by See Em Play, Inc.
