The UPLIFT Desk Creative team is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in creating and editing graphics, animations, and various multimedia content. This role involves supporting our advertising campaigns, paid media efforts, and website enhancements. We seek a highly creative, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple projects. Experience with diverse campaign styles and budgets is valuable. You should be comfortable with the dynamic nature of design work, proactively gathering information, and driving projects forward despite changing timelines or budgets. A deep understanding of the design and production process within a brand or agency setting is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a professional graphic designer role
  • Experience creating media for paid advertising for an eCommerce brand
  • Expertise in Adobe design software and Figma
  • Strong portfolio with samples of your work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to projects big and small with meticulous attention to detail in all stages of the design process
  • Ability to thrive and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Driven, self-starter with a true willingness to learn
  • Web and Motion design experience
  • Experience with G-suite/Google Workspace (docs and spreadsheets), a CMS platform (such as Contentful), an email marketing platform (such as Mailchimp)
  • Familiarity with creative production automation tools (ie. Bannerflow)
  • Experience with premium, loyalty-driven brands

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute impactful brand and performance communications for paid advertising, website, email, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to create on-brand motion and static content, optimizing it for each channel to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Showcase UPLIFT Desk's beautiful product using techniques that properly display our product, ensuring that the customer's purchasing experience matches the product that they will receive
  • Continuously work with the demand creation team to understand (test and measure) what is working in paid media with constant iteration to improve performance by channel
  • Hit individual and team project deadlines
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly graphics and layouts that drive conversions and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop and refine creative concepts that align with our brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Manage our asset portfolio, ensuring all files are stored correctly, file sizes and types are accurate to the project, and all media is handed off to the appropriate channel owner
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

  • Compensation: $19 - $24 an hour

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
