Talent Masters is partnering with a leading birthing center, dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to expectant mothers and families. They are are seeking a Certified Midwife to join their passionate team. As a key member of the birthing center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to clients. Your role will involve providing comprehensive midwifery services, offering emotional support, and fostering a nurturing environment for expecting mothers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prenatal examinations and screenings, ensuring the health and well-being of expectant mothers and babies.
  • Assist during labor and delivery, providing hands-on support and guidance to mothers.
  • Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Offer compassionate support and encouragement to mothers and families throughout the birthing process.
  • Monitor fetal development and maternal health, identifying and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
  • Display warmth, empathy, and a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Provide holistic care that respects the emotional and physical needs of each individual.
  • Offer clear, concise information to help patients make informed choices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Respect and honor the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of our clientele.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Certified Midwife (CM) licensure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
  • Proven experience in midwifery care, preferably in a birthing center or similar setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Dedication to providing patient-centered care with a focus on promoting wellness.
