Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: HVAC Lead InstallerJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The HVAC Lead Installer will be responsible for leading installation projects of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.Responsibilities:
  • Help lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, diagrams, and specifications to install HVAC systems according to design plans.
  • Ductwork layout per plan vs actual space layout
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and ductwork.
  • Supervise installation team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Ability to train & mentor other installers
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and perform quality assurance checks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain installations and answer questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Track & record the proper cost codes per items installing
  • Detailing of ductwork per plans
  • Fabricate field offsets as needed
  • Ability to foresee the outcome before it takes place
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with at least 4-8 years in a lead capacity.
  • Certification from an accredited HVAC program or relevant trade school preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to train & mentor other installers
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
