Responsibilities
Client Management: Oversee client accounts, assess their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable policy options.
Policy Administration: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and professionally.
Compliance: Ensure all client accounts and policies are compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Maryland health insurance and/or Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions and policy management.
