BDC Representative

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to identify and engage potential customers
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the dealership (Service, Parts and Sales)
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound sales, service and parts inquiries through phone, email, and online channels
- Capture sales opportunities using our Data Mining System
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives set by management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system (Eleads)

Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual is a plus
