Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible PPI (Private Parking Impound) Tow Operators to join our team. This role requires precision and adherence to company policies and TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) compliance standards. The ideal candidate will manage the safe towing and impoundment of vehicles violating parking regulations at contracted properties.


Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tow trucks and other recovery vehicles.
- Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles in compliance with company guidelines and Texas laws.
- Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all operations adhere to TDLR regulations and company policies.


Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 25.
- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Certified through TDLR as a tow operator (Incident Management or Private Property Towing endorsement preferred).
- Ability to work 6 days per week on 12-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
