Pool Concierge

Richardson Properties is seeking a Pool Concierge to work at our beautiful apartment community in Little Rock, AR. The Pool Concierge will be responsible for monitoring pool/amenity areas, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting residents as needed. This is a part-time temporary summer position.

Hours will be:

• Friday 4PM - 10PM
• Saturday 10AM - 10PM
• Sunday 1PM - 10PM

Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool/amenity areas and enforce community policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool/amenity areas.
• Assist residents with their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Be knowledgeable about community policies and address violations professionally.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work outside in the heat.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
