Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Communications undergraduate intern for the 2024/2025 school year. This role is ideal for students majoring in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, who are set to graduate in 2025. As an intern, you will work closely with our management team, gaining hands-on experience in managing both internal and external communications that are crucial to our brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring content for Linea Energy's social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Internal Communications: Support the development and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep our team informed and aligned.
  • Press Release Drafting: Contribute to the drafting and editing of press releases to announce company milestones, partnerships, and project developments.
  • Content Creation: Help develop written and visual content that communicates our mission and project updates to various audiences.
  • Event Support: Assist in coordinating communication strategies for events, including internal meetings, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications adhere to Linea Energy's brand guidelines and effectively convey our core messages.
Qualifications:
  • Current junior or senior majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, planning to graduate at the end of the current or next academic year.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
  • At least one prior internship experience in a communications-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Ability to work in person at our San Francisco office for the duration of the internship
