We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to ensure the success of our fundraising events by providing exceptional service to our clients and event attendees. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in greeting and welcoming clients and event attendees, addressing inquiries, assisting with transactions, providing event support, collecting feedback, and maintaining records. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Attendee Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and event attendees, providing information about our fundraising events, campaigns, and services.
  • Inquiry Handling: Answer inquiries promptly and accurately, addressing questions and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Transaction Assistance: Assist with registrations, donations, and other transactions, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Event Support: Provide support during events, managing registration, overseeing activities, and addressing issues to ensure success.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and attendees, ensuring satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attendees, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the community and supporting charitable causes.
