Having been servicing the Houston, Texas metropolitan area for over 20 years, our expanding firm is seeking qualified candidates for our upcoming year. What we expect from you
Our firm is currently searching for a Mass Tort Litigation Call Center Specialist to add to our growing legal team. The specialist role will be comprised of office and intake center tasks and responsibilities, under the guidance of the department manager and department leadership team. The ideal specialist will possess heightened skills in the areas of oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, and client relations. All candidates should display superior organizational habits, professionalism, exceptional time management capabilities, computer literacy, while being punctual and dependable. Due to the company's nature, the candidate should be detail orientated and able to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiations skills while maintaining high charisma while speaking with potential clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to follow documented processes and procedures to assist attorneys with pre-trial case management for high-volume caseloads
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to specific torts or client need
- Experience working in customer service based, call center environment
- Able to update client information within legal database and provide case status details when requested
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Responsible, highly detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment

- High level of integrity and trustworthiness due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of information and data that is handled.
- Highly organized with advanced multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
- Ability to deal with high stress situations.
- Professional and effective written and oral communication skills with external partners, clients, management, and fellow employees.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively to satisfy the customer's needs, both internal and external, and management.
- Ability to handle multiple assigned tasks within allotted timeframes.
- Possess a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Customer service oriented
- Exceptional personnel, training, and coaching skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Call Center experience
- Clearly detail and document all information in our case management software program
- Provide excellent client service and communication.
