Employment Type: Full Time – Salary

Salary Range: $19 - $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ human resources needs by providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ human resources needs
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and assist with new hire paperwork
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and queries
• Process employee terminations and maintain unemployment claims
• Assist with performance management processes, including tracking and analyzing performance data
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Provide guidance to clients on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a coordinator role
• Knowledge of current federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
