Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking to hire a full time, talented Optical Technician/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you're hard-working and dedicated, this is a perfect place to grow your career. This is the opportunity you've been looking for. Work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 4 hours Saturday. Saturday has a pay bonus of an extra 2 hours paid. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working at the front desk checking in patients and making appointments
  • Anticipate and handle patient requests and satisfy their needs to create a welcome environment
  • Provide top quality customer service
  • Work to ensure that the schedule is booked according to office goals
  • Verify insurance eligibility and bill insurances
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
  • Be the start of a good experience for our patients in the office on phone and in person
  • Train to pretest patients .
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Work well and communicate well with patients and coworkers.
  • Work ethic to continue to meet and surpass office goals
