WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
Schedule:
You'll have a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, plus some on-call work.
Day-to-Day:
As our Plumber - Plumbing Service Tech, you will be responsible for responding to both residential and commercial service repair calls, addressing common issues such as fixing leaks, conducting water heater installations, and tackling drain problems. Additionally, you will handle customer interactions, which involve managing paperwork, identifying upsell opportunities, and building rapport to gain returning clients. This multi-faceted position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to manage varied tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of service plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A team player and fast learner
More than 3 years of experience and being licensed are preferred. The ability to work independently and possess great leadership skills are a bonus
