Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Seasonal Assembly Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling holiday decorations and the decorating of tree garlands, and wreaths. This role also involves decorating Christmas trees, fluffing branches, and ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards before installation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assemble holiday decorations, including tree garlands, and wreaths, following specific guidelines and quality standards
  • Decorate Christmas trees, ensuring they are visually appealing and consistent with design specifications
  • Fluff and arrange tree branches to create a full, natural appearance
  • Inspect holiday products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring high quality standards are met
  • Work with other warehouse employees to meet production goals and standards
  • Perform other various warehouse duties as assigned
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Experience in warehouse or assembly role is preferred
  • Experience in holiday decorations or similar a plus
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality decoration assembly
  • Ability to work efficiently and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Exposure to various weather temperatures both hot and cold
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
