2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight                                           

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret work orders for correct set-up
  • Plan workload to keep up with production lines
  • Set-up and operate automatic winders
  • Monitor winders to consistently produce a quality product
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform minor repairs
  • Deliver sections to next operation
  • Keep work area neat and clean
  • Other Duties as assigned


Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseJob Prerequisites
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; and use measurement devices
  • Good attendance record
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical/Mental Requirements
  • Full body movement/good eyesight
  • Good eyesight
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

One element in our total compensation package is pay. The starting pay for this role is $18.00
