Eat. Sleep. Lead. Repeat: Our 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor leads, manages and holds the 2nd Shift Warehouse team accountable. This Supervisor works at our Kalamazoo Headquarters, Monday-Thursday (That's right...a 3-day weekend) from 3:00pm-2:00am. Our 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations revolving around the accurate and efficient picking and loading of orders onto delivery trucks. A Day in the Life

  • Be a positive example of working hard and having fun
  • Lead and manage the 3rd Shift Warehouse team
  • Oversee and assist in picking and loading beverage orders for next day delivery
  • Build ownership and hold your team accountable
  • Consistently identify department opportunities for improvement and create plans for implementation
  • Work with other warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
  • Track picking and loading reports to identify inefficiencies
  • Monitor equipment repair needs
  • Maintain a safe warehouse environment
  • Attend all Leadership Development Training that Imperial provides

Requirements

  • Enjoy a work hard/play hard culture
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in management
  • 2+ years' warehouse experience
  • Forklift license preferred
  • Leadership skills to direct employees and oversee department operations
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
  • Flexibility to work with varying hours
  • Self-starter with a high productivity level
  • Ability to coordinate processes and work well with various departments
  • Ability to be exposed to varying temperatures and must be able to perform physical tasks in hot and cold areas of the warehouse and on trucks
