Infor Syteline Administrator

General Kinematics is a leading vibratory manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and upgrading Infor Syteline ERP systems, specifically from version 9 to version 10, and a strong background in manufacturing systems and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the upgrade process of Infor Syteline from version 9 to version 10, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition with minimal downtime.

- Administer and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security.

- Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support business operations, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.

- Manage and support integrated applications such as DocTrak, Sigmanest, and CadTalk, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards using PowerBI.

- Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis.

- Develop and maintain custom integrations with external systems and applications to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.

- Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.

- Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as an Infor Syteline Administrator, with a successful track record of upgrading from version 9 to version 10.

- Experience in SSRS reporting, DocTrak, Sigmanest, and CadTalk.

- Proficiency in PowerBI, data warehouses, and experience with custom integrations is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
