Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a Physical therapist who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Perform intakes and assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
  • Previous experience as a Physical therapist preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
