Customer Success Sales Representative

Look no further We're in search of driven individuals to join us as Customer Success Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch service, driving insurance sales, and leading a team of agents to ensure client satisfaction.
Compensation:$100,000+
Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects in meaningful sales discussions.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored products and services.
- Craft compelling sales presentations and address customer concerns effectively.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets, driving team success.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Demonstrated expertise in telesales or related sales positions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Driven by results and self-motivated to excel.
- This position is commission-only.
- Ability to foster rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
