Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service throughout their dining experience.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

- Attend to guest requests and special needs promptly and professionally.

- Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.

- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

- Set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and linens prior to guest seating.

- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned efficiently after guests depart.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including assisting with side work and cleaning tasks as needed.

- Process guest payments accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit cards, and room charges.

- Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service.

- Assist colleagues in providing excellent guest service during peak times or as needed.

- Adhere to all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following proper food handling and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Requirements:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the US

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry is a plus.

- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hand and arms, talk to hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds.

- Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
