Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun, memorable experience for guests? South 66 Lanes is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Alley Host to join our team


Position: Part-Time Alley Host
Pay: $11/hour + FREE bowling (up to 2 games per day) during open bowl non-peak times 
Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Guests: Greet customers as they arrive, assist with check-in, and help them get set up with lanes, shoes, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting guests throughout their visit.
  • Lane Management: Ensure that lanes are clean, properly set up, and functioning correctly. Assist in resolving any lane or equipment issues.
  • Event Assistance: Help organize and manage events such as parties, leagues, and tournaments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Food & Beverage Support: Assist with food and drink orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Promote Offers: Inform guests about special promotions, deals, or upcoming events to enhance their experience.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe environment by monitoring the bowling area, cleaning up spills, and enforcing safety rules.
  • Handle Payments: Process payments for lane rentals, food, drinks, and other services using our point-of-sale system.
