  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing excess.
    • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Coordinate with other departments to manage inventory needs and orders.
  • Data Input:
    • Accurately input inventory data into the ERP system.
    • Update records regularly to reflect changes in stock levels, shipments, and other relevant transactions.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  • ERP System Utilization:
    • Utilize ERP software to manage inventory processes, including order processing, stock management, and reporting.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the implementation of ERP system updates and enhancements.
  • Excel Reporting:
    • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track inventory metrics and performance indicators.

  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align inventory levels with business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret inventory data.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
