Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to manage billing operations, insurance claims, and patient payments. The role involves handling various insurance companies, following up on claims, and providing support to office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims for Medicare, United Healthcare, and other providers.
• Manage accounts receivable, follow up on claims, and handle appeals.
• Take payments over the phone and assist with patient calls.
• Provide backup support to the office team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and denial management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Availity and Navinet.
• Strong communication skills for patient interactions.

• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on-site.
