Location:Garner, MA
Responsibilities:
  • Represent Monroe Staffing in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Perform cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Dispose of trash and recycle materials.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and notify the supervisor of any equipment malfunctions.
  • Follow detailed checklists to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
