Job DescriptionJob Description

This position has responsibility for managing what we call the Sales Floor.

This includes the departments of small animals like parakeets and hamsters, as well as fish and reptiles and animal supplies. The challenging part about working at Petland especially as a manager is you must have a true love for the welfare of Pets and equal passion for working with people (both employees and customers) to find these pets loving and caring homes. Come work with our fun environment

Management experience is preferred. Retail Sales Management experience is ideal. Great love for pets and excellent people skills is absolutely required.

Responsibilities include goal setting, coaching, hiring and firing, training and of course hands-on customer service.

Must have open availability .

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
