Winnie's Cleaning Service LLC, a reputable provider of residential and commercial cleaning services in Monroe, NC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of both residential and commercial spaces to meet our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.

Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Winnie's Cleaning Service LLC.

Requirements:

Previous experience in professional cleaning services is required.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as needed.
