Reroll Operator

$1,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

SUMMARY: Incumbent will be responsible for converting products from flexo presses based on packaging instructions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Re-roll converted product from flexo presses into proper roll quantities and package accordingly.
• Read and understand re-roll production sheets and work orders.
• Program re-roll table according to product.
• Possess an understanding of quality and production standards.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensure a safe work area at all times.
• Create work orders for all flexo area jobs
• Report any unsafe condition(s), injury or accident immediately to immediate supervisor or other member of management.
• Cross-train in other areas for flexibility to meet production needs.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the supervisor, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education And/Or Experience: High School diploma or GED or 1-5 years press experience. and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills And Abilities:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, and to follow instructions.

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Superior trouble shooting skills
• Strong math skills
• Basic measurement skills (ruler, tape measure, calipers)
