Pay: $15.00
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.)
Employees average 45 hours per week and have the potential to earn $37,000 plus per year

Description of responsibilities:
- Use angle shear, punch press, and torch to cut steel.
- Operate and oversee bandsaw.
- Place various sizes of steel on rollers with a forklift.
- Physically position the steel to be manually moved through a shear and a hole punch machine.
- Use a tape measure to measure steel pieces.
- Band and strap the steel as needed.
- Complete paperwork per instructions as required.
- General warehouse duties such as: sweeping, picking up trash, wrapping pallets, stocking, cleaning, etc.
Required experience and skills:
- Must have experience using a sit-down forklift.
- Must be comfortable with bending, pushing, & pulling.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving 75 pounds unassisted.
- Must be comfortable with standing for an 8-to-10-hour work shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Operators must be 18 or older.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
