We are searching for a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in preparing apartment units to be rented and resolving work orders submitted by our tenants. Your daily routine will also involve the maintenance of apartment units and keeping the facilitys indoor and outdoor areas in pristine condition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Regular communication with Maintenance/Property Managers to stay on top of make ready schedule and emergency work orders.
  • Perform light plumbing and electrical, and painting.
  • Material handling and storage, such as, moving and/or installing appliances and furniture.
  • Ensure outdoor space and common areas are kept clean.
  • Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. This includes a rotation schedule responding to emergency calls after hours and on week-ends.
  • Other duties as requested by Management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. This includes being available to respond to emergency calls after hours.
  • Will be required to use personal vehicle, in accordance with the company Auto Policy, for business purposes. Must provide a valid and appropriate state drivers license, as well as, vehicle registration and auto insurance prior to employment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the job.
