Day to Day:

  • Generate new leads; find new potential sales outlets; build and enhance relationships to nurture prospects.
  • Perform outbound calls daily to identify prospective new clients; conduct cold calling and follow up emails to contact and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate, manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives to close deals.
  • Support sales executives with proposal writing and RFP responses.
  • Respond to requests for information from prospective clients.
  • Identify and research prospects to establish business relationships.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop relationships with prospects over the phone, at events, and off the back of marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and lead demonstrations and meetings for prospects and sales executives.
  • Communicate the WSH value proposition to prospects and determine quality of lead.
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Partner with the marketing team to deploy campaigns that generate leads.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to discuss and improve sales strategy, tactics, deliverables, etc.
