Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse in home health visits, you'll deliver high-quality care with professionalism and compassion. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you'll manage patients' medical needs, advocate for their well-being, and liaise with primary doctors and other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing, currently licensed in the state(s) of practice.
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
