Summary
Responsible for the receiving, stocking, and shipping of used office equipment.
Reports to Warehouse Mgr., Wholesale. Unloads all incoming freight.
Documents relevant inventory and marketing information of all receipts.
Stocks inventory in appropriate bin location.
Assists in physical inventory.
Pulls and prepares sales orders for shipment.
Builds second deck in ocean going containers.
Reliable transportation is necessary.
OHSA approved ASTM standard protective footwear is required.

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM . (Mon to Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Efficiently completes all activities assigned by warehouse supervisor or Team Lead.
• Responsible for maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse.
• Will be required to work at a rapid pace to meet work deadlines.
• Must have ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes.
• Jobs can include shipping, receiving, stocking order pulling, material handling, loading, and
unloading trucks.
• Update inventory levels as stock is received.
• Can be required to operate powered and non-powered Material Handling equipment (Training
can be required)
• Responsible to adhere to all OSHA requirements (training will be provided)
• Ensures all paperwork is completed and properly processed.
• Meets appropriate productivity /quality standards relative to job responsibility as outlined by
manager.
• Can be part of a team that must have coordinated work efforts to complete department and
overall operational goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Typically Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Minimum two years’ work experience is preferred, or one year warehouse experience with our
company.
• Must have adequate reading and math skill, and ability to write legibly.
• Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including, walking, standing, bending, and
reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift up to 50lbs
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must have ability to listen to direction, manage time and complete all work as assigned within
established timeline.
• Must be team player and have ability to interact with fellow workers.
WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Typically, a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range
of temperature and noise level
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data and
instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
• Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and
burns.
• There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
• Physical effort is required in the lifting of tool cases, and assorted equipment weighing up to 75
pounds, as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, squatting and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor
level.
