Summary: The Housekeeper will be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel meeting guests each day. Housekeepers will perform various functions to keep hotel rooms and its environment clean and comfortable to guests.


Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.


  • Responsible for cleaning guest rooms so that each guest feels welcome upon arrival or when coming home after a long day.
  • Clean and organize areas inside hotel room.
  • Dust and polish furniture and wall fixtures. Adjust furniture if necessary.
  • Provide clean linen and take out any dirty towels or linen items. Make beds according to brand standards.
  • Work directly with the Executive Housekeeper to follow standards for cleanliness standards established by the brand.
  • Handle reasonable guest's requests or complaints with professionalism while solving any issues as they arise.
  • Organize and clean back of house storage areas before and after each shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department head.
  • Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
  • Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
  • Perform other additional projects as they arise to keep the hotel clean and guest completely satisfied.
  • Participate in Daily Huddle.
  • Work quickly and efficiently while not compromising quality and integrity.
  • Provides the highest quality guest service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Per our culture, you should provide a level of Platinum Service to each and every guest.

  • Ability to work shifts over weekends, and on public holidays as needed.
