Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Director for the Master's in Business Administration Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, directing, and monitoring all aspects of the program within the College of Business. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.

This is a full-time (40+ hours a week), 12-month position.

Summary of Duties:

  • Recruit, interview, select and recommend adjunct faculty for the program
  • Actively manage student records and involvement in our Learning Management System
  • Act as liaison between our MBA students, instructors, and various offices of the institution
  • Monitor student absenteeism, make-up testing, enrollment, and other factors of their student experience
  • Direct financial and budgeting objectives for the program
  • Support recruiting efforts for program students; track and compile enrollment/retention reports
  • Compile and maintain documents and reports needed for accreditation processes

Qualifications:

  • MBA or master's degree in a business field (e.g., Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.) required
  • Experience in Canvas (Learning Management System) preferred
  • Active member of the church of Christ
