WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

Our workweek starts on Tuesday and ends the following Monday. You spend 7 days on, then 7 days off.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you're the maestro of our construction sites, skillfully operating excavators, skid steers, hydraulic dredges, and more. Your days are filled with dynamic challenges and rewarding accomplishments as you ensure we stay on schedule and within budget.

You collaborate with your team to organize the site and make all materials, tools, and equipment readily available. You safely complete your assigned tasks, performing repairs and maintenance on stormwater control measures like excavation, grading, dredging, erosion repairs, and pipe installation. Your contributions are essential to our success and others' well-being.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in landscaping, excavation, grading, or stormwater maintenance and repair
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive a truck with a 16 – 24 foot trailer, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 80 lbs.
